Every engagement begins with a complimentary 60-minute consultation, a warm, no-pressure conversation where we get to know you, your vision, and what matters most. From there, we craft a customized plan of our services just for you.

We've designed our process to feel easy and collaborative because planning your celebration should be exciting, not overwhelming. Here's how we work together:

We start with a free 60-minute conversation focused entirely on you. We want to hear about your vision, your priorities, your budget, and your event details. There's no sales pitch here just genuine listening so we can understand exactly what you need. We'll also walk you through our services so you can see what's the right fit.

We create a contract tailored to the services we discussed, answer any questions you have, and make the process as clear and straightforward as possible. Once signed and your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved and we get to work!

Welcome to the team! We schedule an onboarding meeting to set up how we'll work together, establish communication preferences, and begin mapping out every detail to bring your vision to life. This is where the magic starts.

On your special day, our team is fully present managing logistics, coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, and solving any hiccups before you ever know they happened. Your only job? Show up and celebrate.

Every wedding has its own song. Our wedding coordination packages are designed to give you exactly the level of support you need, whether you want the confidence of a guiding hand, or the full harmony of vision-to-reality design support. Whatever you choose, we make sure that you walk down the aisle with complete peace of mind. Let's find what feels right for you.

Wedding coordination packages start at $3,500. Investment varies based on guest count, event scope, and complexity which is why we always begin with a personal consultation. We also offer à la carte services and add-on packages, including Ceremony-Only, Reception-Only, and Venue Selection support.

🎵  Classic — The Melody

Coordination Package - (Month-of / Day-of Coordination)

The Melody is perfect for the couple who has enjoyed planning the details themselves but wants the confidence and calm of a professional at their side. Think of it as the best of both worlds your vision, our execution.

What's included:

  • Expert consultation beginning 3–4 months before your wedding to review plans and catch anything overlooked

  • Full coordination handoff 60 days prior, we step in seamlessly from there

  • Vendor communication and confirmation leading up to your day

  • Detailed wedding day and weekend timeline creation

  • Checklist management and logistics coordination

  • Wedding party coordination and rehearsal management

  • Full day-of management so you can be completely present

🎶  Signature — The Harmony

Coordination + Design Consultation Package

The Harmony is designed for the couple who wants expert design guidance in addition to seamless coordination. If you have a vision but want help pulling it all together into a cohesive, beautiful aesthetic this is the package for you.

What's included:

  • Everything included in The Melody package

  • Personalized design consultation focused on your visual aesthetic (3–4 months out)

  • Up to three cohesive design concepts with elevated creative direction

  • Help refining your style, color palette, décor theme, and overall look and feel

  • Seamless transition into full coordination 60 days prior

  • Vendor collaboration to ensure the design vision is executed flawlessly on the day

Birthdays that take your breath away, retirements that honor a lifetime of work, graduations that mark a brand new beginning, anniversaries that celebrate enduring love, and cultural programs that uplift and inspire a community. Whatever your milestone, we're here to make it unforgettable.

We've planned milestone birthday parties, retirement celebrations, graduation parties, and powerful cultural programs including Kwanzaa, Black History Month events and Open Mic nights. Every event is custom because your moment is one of a kind.

Pricing varies based on guest count, scope, and complexity. A complimentary consultation allows us to understand your vision and provide a tailored package just for you.

Our Milestone Event Services Include:

  • Planning Meetings [up to 3] (dedicated time to map out every detail together)

  • Unlimited email, phone & virtual communications (within business hours)

  • Vendor coordination and management (we handle the logistics so you don't have to)

  • Design support, including mock-ups to visualize your event before the big day

  • Design setup and teardown on event day (materials not included)

  • Detailed timeline creation and day-of management

  • Backdrop creation — balloons, floral arrangements, and draping

  • Custom posters and signage

  • Party favors coordination

  • Live soloist performance by Cynthia (a unique and personal touch available for your event!)
