Our Process

Step 1 - Consultation

Step 2 - Strategy Session

During the complimentary consultation, we focus our attention on learning more about you, your vision, budget, event details and priorities. Our intention is to gain clarity on what you want so that we can give you what you need.

Here, we have a deeper discussion about your priorities, vision, budget, venue & vendor ideas and timeline. Once everything is clarified, we create a plan for you to review.

From the Consultation or Strategy Session we create a contract for your review. Once finalized and signed, your date is booked to start planning the journey to your amazing event.

Our team will be there coordinating your event to ensure your day is nothing short of amazing.

Step 4 - Event Management

Since every wedding is unique, we offer customizable packages designed to meet your specific needs. Below are examples of the Coordination and Planning packages we offer, that can be tailored to your needs. Pricing may vary based on guest count and complexity. Consultation is needed to properly estimate your event. Day of Coordination starts at $3,500.

Wedding Services


Day of Coordination

  • Planning meetings (3 virtual)

  • Review finalized vendor contracts

  • Create & manage day of schedule

  • Vendor coordination

  • Primary contact for vendors and venue

  • 1 rehearsal coordination (up to 1.5 hrs)

  • 10 hours of coverage day of wedding (2 coordinators)

  • Coordination of ceremony & reception

  • Supervise setup/breakdown (within contracted hours)

  • Unlimited email communications

This is ideal for couples who have planned all the details, but may need help with logistics. Up to 100 guests. Service is booked 6 - 8 weeks before the wedding.

This package does not include budget creation & management, events outside of your wedding day, RSVP management, wedding website creation or design assistance.

Partial Planning

  • Includes Day of Coordination Services

  • Planning meetings (4 virtual)

  • Communications (scheduling of all vendor meetings/appointments)

  • Assist with sourcing remaining vendors (up to 3)

  • Create & manage timeline

  • Checklists and check-in calls (every 2 weeks)

  • Assist with floor plan & seating chart

  • 12 hours of coverage day of wedding (2 coordinators)

  • Supervise setup/breakdown

  • Unlimited virtual, phone & email communication (during business hours)

This is ideal for couples who are hands-on, have secured a venue and key vendors, but may need help with logistics. Service is booked 4 - 6 months before the wedding.

This package does not include budget creation & management, events outside of your wedding day, RSVP management, wedding website creation or design assistance.

Full Planning

This is ideal for couples who may not have time to plan all the details and enjoy their special day. Service is booked 10 - 12 months before the wedding.

This package does not include events outside of your wedding day, RSVP management or wedding website creation.

Planning Services - Starting at $1,000 (per service)

Strategy Session

This service includes a questionnaire, three virtual meetings and a documented plan. It is a deep dive into your goals, challenges, priorities, vision, budget, ideas for venues & vendors and timelines. All execution and coordination responsibilities can be managed by either So Amazing Events or the client.

Design Planning Session

This consultation includes three virtual meetings and a documented plan. It centers exclusively on the visual aspects of your event. It offers a unified creative roadmap that outlines the look, feel, and styling direction of your wedding. All execution and coordination responsibilities are managed by either So Amazing Events or the client.

Ceremony / Reception Services (minimum 4 hours) - booked at an hourly rate

  • Ceremony only coordination

  • Design setup and take down (materials not included)

Administrative & Event Services (minimum 2 hours) booked at an hourly rate
