MY STORY

Hi, I’m Cynthia and I’d love to help make your celebration truly unforgettable.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to two things: helping people and bringing order to the beautiful chaos of life’s most meaningful moments. There is something deeply fulfilling to me about walking alongside someone through one of the biggest days of their life, and making sure they actually get to enjoy it.

So Amazing Events was born from that passion. It’s a company built on faith, excellence, and genuine care and every event I plan reflects those values. When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a coordinator. You’re gaining a partner who is fully invested in making your vision a beautiful, stress-free reality.

It brings me joy to see smiling faces and people fully in the moment.

I thrive in the details. I love the puzzle of logistics the timelines, the vendor communications, the contingency plans, the thousand small things that have to come together perfectly so that you never have to think about any of them. That’s my joy. Your joy is being present at your own celebration.

I believe your celebration should feel intentional, extraordinary, and stress-free. My role is to protect your peace, manage every detail, and transform your vision into reality — so you can be fully present in every moment.

MY BACKGROUND

A Rare Combination of Expertise and Heart

Before founding So Amazing Events, I spent over 35 years in the financial and technology industries, 28 of those years as a Professional Program & Project Manager leading complex, high-stakes programs. I hold an MBA. And I’ve brought every bit of that experience into the world of event planning.

The Person Behind the Planner

I’m a proud San Franciscan who finds genuine joy in the simple, beautiful things in life. Cherishing time with family and friends, creating memorable moments, and giving back to my community.

One of my greatest joys is singing. I’m a soloist, and I’ve had the privilege of performing at celebrations and events, bringing comfort and uplift through music. It’s a unique gift I offer as an optional add-on for your event. A live vocal performance that creates a truly unforgettable, personal touch.

My faith is at the center of everything I do. So Amazing Events was founded on a deep belief that we are called to serve others with excellence and genuine care. Every event I plan is an expression of that calling and I’m truly grateful for every client who trusts me with their most treasured moments.
